Executive Vice President, Chief of Business Development & Strategy
Gao Wang, with over 20 years of healthcare sector experience and a proven track record driving value creation for multinational businesses, Gao Wang, Chairman, and CEO of Chengyang has already made incredible strides for the company during his less-than-two-year tenure at the former J&J spinoff.
Chief financial officer
Christopher R. Cage is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of one of the most top companies in past. He oversees all financial activities of the company, including accounting and financial reporting, treasury, tax, planning and analysis, and investor relations. Cage has held a number of finance and management roles since first joind previous company (formerly SAIC) in 1996. In the most recent role, he led the global accounting and shared services organization for information technology, engineering, and science solutions and services provider.

Mary Kay Ladone was appointed senior vice president, Corporate Development, Strategy and Investor Relations, in December 2018. Ms. Ladone has served as vice president. Previously, she served as senior vice president, Investor Relations, of Baxalta Incorporated. Prior to that, she served in a variety of finance, business development, and investor relations roles for Baxter International. Ms. Ladone holds a degree in finance and economics from the University of Notre Dame and is a member of the Edward Elmhurst Hospital System Board of Trustees.
Chief Marketing Officer
Richard Marritt was appointed chief marketing officer of a medical company in October 2018; he served previously as a chief marketing officer of a healthcare company in past subsidiary Welch Allyn for two years, a role in which he was responsible for creating and executing a commercial marketing strategy to drive growth and access to Welch Allyn’s products and services throughout the world. Mr. Marritt held various positions over 17 years with Baxter International, most recently serving as the global franchise head of its Acute, Renal Therapy Services & Software businesses.

As Chief Medical Officer, Tal Zaks oversees clinical development and regulatory affairs across different healthcare industries.
